TUITION

Lessons are $20 per half hour. Tuition is to be paid monthly. The $80 payment is due the first week of each month. In the case of a 5-week month, an extra $20.00 will be charged for the extra week, making that month's tuition $100.00. There will be a $5 charge for each week payment is late.

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, AND MAKE-UP LESSONS

Lessons missed due to illness, death of a family member, or other extreme cases can be made up if called in at least 6 hours ahead of your scheduled lesson time. Lessons missed for any other reason must be called in at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a make-up time.

In case of snow storm or in case of teacher absence, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.

REQUIRED MATERIALS

I can take the responsibility to initially purchase your music if you wish, however, there will be a 20% charge for this service. If you wish to purchase the music on your own, you may do so.

RECOMMENDED PRACTICE TIMES

For vocalists, 30 minutes of practice 4 times a week is ideal in order to succeed and progress. I will assign specific warm-ups / vocalizes to rehearse each week. Vocalizes can train your voice even more than a regular song can!

For pianists, 15 minutes 5 days a week is ideal for children under 8 years of age, while 20 - 30 minutes 5 days a week is ideal for beginning students ages 9 to 12. In all cases of beginning students, parental involvment in the practice process is highly encouraged.

TERMINATION POLICY - 30 days notice is required for termination of the contract.
